In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By registering an account on the lk777 platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Your acceptance also extends to lk777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and lk777.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions, and the term "you" throughout this document shall refer to both you personally and that person or entity.

To register and maintain an active account on lk777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not have previously had a lk777 account suspended, terminated, or self-excluded.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You agree that:

• All information provided during registration and throughout your membership is truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You will register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You will not register an account using another person's identity, payment methods, or contact details.
• You consent to lk777 conducting identity verification checks using the information you provide, including checks against third-party identity verification databases where applicable.

lk777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lk777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All transactions, wagers, and account actions conducted using your credentials are your sole responsibility, whether or not they were authorized by you. lk777 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that result from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify lk777's support team immediately. lk777 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

lk777 strongly recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. This feature is available in the account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

lk777 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment channels may vary based on maintenance windows, bank system availability, or changes to our payment processor agreements.

The following deposit conditions apply to all lk777 Members:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
• All funds deposited to lk777 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your lk777 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times may vary by payment channel but are generally near-instant for e-wallet deposits and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfer deposits during standard banking hours.
• lk777 does not charge deposit fees on its end. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your payment provider.

• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes. Your Real Money Funds balance reflects funds available for wagering or withdrawal at any time.

Members may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their lk777 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as the lk777 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating periods. The majority of withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours.
• lk777 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Required documents may include a copy of your KTP (Indonesian national identity card), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a selfie photograph holding your identity document.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed or held during investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds that have cleared all applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• lk777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may charge incoming transfer fees — please verify with your provider.

lk777 regularly offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and reload bonuses to eligible Members. All bonus offers are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this clause as well as any specific terms published on each individual promotion page.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page (e.g., 5x, 10x, or 30x the bonus amount). Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the lk777 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published on the Promotions page and are subject to change.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will void the existing bonus and forfeit any associated Bonus Funds balance.
• Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds as specified on the promotion. Bets placed at shorter odds do not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be using strategies designed to abuse bonus terms — including matched betting, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account abuse — will have their bonus voided and may face account suspension.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire as stated on each promotion. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from accounts without notice or compensation.

lk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions do not affect bonuses already accepted in good faith under the original promotion terms.

All wagers placed on the lk777 platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slot games, or numbers games. General betting rules applicable across all product verticals are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters displayed at the time the wager is confirmed by the system. lk777 is not responsible for errors resulting from a Member placing a bet at odds that were clearly displayed in error.
• lk777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or game outcome that was determined before the bet was placed, where the Member had or could reasonably have had knowledge of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical error or platform malfunction during a live betting session or casino game round, lk777 will apply a void-and-refund policy to affected wagers. Partial outcomes affected by technical interruptions are not settled as wins.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per wager and per event. These limits are displayed on each betting market or game interface.
• For sportsbook markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections and are subject to the payout caps stated at bet placement.
• All settled bet outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding settled bets must be submitted to lk777 support within 72 hours of settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lk777 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with lk777.
• Operating more than one lk777 account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes on the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to lk777 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the Platform to launder money, transfer funds on behalf of third parties, or facilitate any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from lk777.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lk777 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's account without their express authorization.

lk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Member's payment provider.
• Engagement in any conduct listed under Clause 10 (Prohibited Conduct).
• At the Member's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion under Clause 12.

Upon termination for breach, any Real Money Funds balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, remaining Real Money Funds (net of any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 14 business days.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact lk777 support. Upon voluntary closure, all Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after any applicable processing checks.

lk777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help Members maintain control over their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requested limit reductions take effect immediately; requested limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events beyond lk777's reasonable control.
• The conduct, accuracy, or availability of third-party payment processors, software providers, or game suppliers used by lk777.
• Any decisions you make based on information available on the Platform, including sports statistics, odds, or betting tips.

lk777's maximum aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit lk777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content on the lk777 Platform — including but not limited to the lk777 brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of lk777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without lk777's prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform.
• Use the lk777 brand name or logo in any commercial context without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of lk777's intellectual property may result in account termination and may be pursued through applicable legal channels.

lk777 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on lk777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

lk777 does not sell or rent Member personal data to third-party marketing companies. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 11. lk777 will return any Real Money Funds balance to your registered payment method following closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of lk777's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of the relevant licensing authority's jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting lk777 support and providing a detailed written description of the dispute. lk777 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.

Where arbitration is elected, proceedings shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator awards costs to the prevailing party. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents lk777 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
